Meet The Team
David Eliyahu
David is a leading expert in the acquisition and disposition of investment properties with experience in a range of asset types. He started investing in real estate after the 2008 crash and successfully led deals from sourcing, through capital raising, rehab and marketing process. David’s wide experience covers Single and Multifamily Residential, Hospitality and Vacant Land Development. He started his professional career at the elite Israeli Army Intelligence Unit 8200 where he was recognized for his exemplary performance. David finds personal fulfillment volunteering with organizations that assist veterans with posttraumatic stress disorder.
Snir Maizlik is an experienced executive and serial entrepreneur. He possesses 15 years of extensive proven experience in operations management and business development. Snir has worked in a variety of civilian and military roles supervising teams and organizations of up to 500 employees. Snir is a leading expert in the acquisition and disposition of multifamily properties with experience in a range of asset types and valuations. Snir received both his undergraduate degree and his MBA in ERP software. Snir is a director and member of the Board of Directors of several companies. Snir is a passionate mentor to many up-and coming entrepreneurs, who has helped them with their personal professional development.
Marty Paz
Marty Paz comes from a multigenerational real estate family. He was born in New York City and relocated to Las Vegas, Nevada at a young age. Marty’s grandmother and her siblings developed numerous commercial and residential properties across New York City. He possesses a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Marty has a Real Estate Broker-Salesperson license (BS.0144464-Inactive) in Nevada. Marty and his wife Sandi recently welcomed a new daughter. In his spare time, Marty is also an internationally recognized travel expert and helps produce the annual Chicago Travel Seminars.
Dr. Shaun Orkan
Shaun is a multidisciplinary entrepreneur, spanning his activities from academia and into practical business skills. Shaun started his path in the creative world of design and marketing after which he spent 21 years practising becoming a Dr. of Chiropractic and healthy life style mentor. In 2016 he opened 2 businesses in Germany, in the field of Chiropractic and fitness and in 2020, after the Corona crisis and due to a back injury, he turned into the exciting world of real estate development and investments. The assorted abilities and high operational skill make Shaun a valuable asset in day to day operations.
